Part-Time Pool Technician
Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks
- Clean pools, skimmers, and filters
- Identify and report potential issues with pool equipment
- Maintain accurate service records for each client
- Provide excellent customer service and address client questions
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of pool chemistry (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Previous pool service experience preferred but not required

Part-Time Bookkeeper
Part-Time (10 hours/week)Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and send client invoices
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Assist with payroll processing
- Maintain organized financial records
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Assist with tax preparation documents
Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
