• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows or denied access to your property when our technicians arrive may result in a service charge

7. Payment Terms

By using our Services and scheduling pool care services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account and services based on our current pricing, which may change from time to time. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• We accept major credit cards, electronic checks, and other payment methods as specified on our website
• Recurring services may be billed automatically to your payment method on file
• Overdue payments may result in late fees and suspension of services

8. Intellectual Property
